Dubaisaathi दुबई में भारतीय यात्रियों के लिए एक जानकारी-डेस्क है: खाना, जाना, जानना और बोलना। इसे Coupontouch Loyalty Solutions चलाती है।Dubaisaathi is an information desk for Indian travellers in Dubai: खाना, जाना, जानना and बोलना. It is run by Coupontouch Loyalty Solutions.

यह होटल या फ़्लाइट बुक नहीं करता, खाना नहीं पहुँचाता, रेस्टोरेंट का बाज़ार नहीं है, और हर बात का जवाब देने वाला चैटबॉट नहीं है।It does not book hotels or flights, does not deliver food, is not a restaurant marketplace, and is not a chatbot that answers anything you ask.

यह दुबई सरकार या किसी परिवहन प्राधिकरण का ऐप नहीं है, न उनसे जुड़ा है। मेट्रो, बस और ट्राम की समय-सारणी RTA (Roads and Transport Authority, दुबई) के खुले डेटा से ली गई है।It is not an app of the Government of Dubai or of any transport authority, and is not affiliated with them. The metro, bus and tram timetable is taken from the open data of the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai).

खानाखाना

खाना में सिर्फ़ वे रसोइयाँ हैं जिनका मेनू हमारे अपने लोगों ने पढ़ा है — दुकान पर जाकर, या रसोई के अपने ऑनलाइन मेनू से।खाना lists only kitchens whose menu our own people have read — at the counter, or from the kitchen’s own online menu.

मेनू, दाम, और शुद्ध शाकाहारी या जैन जैसी बातें वैसी हैं जैसी उस दिन मेनू कार्ड पर छपी थीं। बाद में बदल सकती हैं।Menus, prices, and things like pure veg or Jain are as the menu card printed them on the day it was read. They may have changed since.

जहाँ “पूछकर” लिखा है, वहाँ जवाब हमारे पास नहीं है — काउंटर पर पूछ लीजिए। डिलीवरी नंबर वही है जो कार्ड पर छपा था।Where it says “Ask”, we do not have the answer — ask at the counter. A delivery number is the one printed on the card.

जाननाजानना

जगहों के खुलने का समय और टिकट के दाम वैसे हैं जैसे हमने आख़िरी बार जाँचे थे। ये बदल सकते हैं — जाने से पहले पक्का कर लीजिए।Opening hours and ticket prices are as we last checked them. They can change — confirm before you go.

बोलना और बोर्ड पढ़नाबोलना and reading boards

ये दोनों सिर्फ़ इंटरनेट पर चलते हैं। अनुवाद मशीन करती है और ग़लत हो सकता है। दवा, क़ानून या सुरक्षा के मामले में इस पर भरोसा मत कीजिए।Both work only with internet. The translation is done by a machine and can be wrong. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or safety matters.

आपातकालEmergencies

Dubaisaathi आपातकालीन सेवा नहीं है। मुसीबत में सीधे फ़ोन कीजिए: पुलिस 999, एम्बुलेंस 998, आग 997।Dubaisaathi is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call directly: police 999, ambulance 998, fire 997.

पासThe pass

भारत में ऐप मुफ़्त है: फ़ोन के दुबई पहुँचने तक कुछ नहीं गिना जाता। दुबई में यह पास पर चलता है। पहुँचना फ़ोन की लोकेशन से, कई बार पढ़कर, तय होता है।In India the app is free: nothing is counted until the phone reaches Dubai. In Dubai it runs on the pass. Landing is decided from the phone’s location, read several times.

पास 30 दिन का है, दुबई पहुँचने से गिना जाता है — ख़रीदने के दिन से नहीं। दाम: 1 फ़ोन ₹399, 2 फ़ोन ₹499, 3 फ़ोन ₹599, 4 फ़ोन ₹699।A pass lasts 30 days, counted from landing in Dubai — not from the day it is bought. Price: 1 phone ₹399, 2 phones ₹499, 3 phones ₹599, 4 phones ₹699.

यह एक बार का भुगतान है। कोई सब्सक्रिप्शन नहीं; अपने-आप दोबारा कुछ नहीं कटता। भुगतान Razorpay से होता है — UPI, कार्ड या नेटबैंकिंग।It is a one-time payment. No subscription; nothing is charged again by itself. Payment is through Razorpay — UPI, card or netbanking.

2 से 4 फ़ोन के पास में बाक़ी फ़ोन QR स्कैन करके जुड़ते हैं, और सबका पास एक साथ ख़त्म होता है।On a pass for 2 to 4 phones, the other phones join by scanning a QR, and all of them end together.

जिसने एक बार भुगतान किया, उसे ऐप से कभी बाहर नहीं किया जाता। आपका होटल और आपके दस्तावेज़ किसी पास के पीछे नहीं हैं — वे आपके फ़ोन पर हमेशा खुलते हैं।Anyone who has paid once is never locked out of the app. Your hotel and your documents are never behind a pass — they always open on your phone.

इन नियमों में बदलावChanges to these terms

ये नियम बदल सकते हैं। बदलेंगे तो ऊपर की तारीख़ बदलेगी; जो नियम उस दिन लागू हैं, वही पास ख़रीदने पर लागू होते हैं।These terms may change. When they do, the date above changes; the terms in force on the day you buy a pass are the ones that apply to it.

क़ानून और अदालतLaw and courts

ये नियम भारत के क़ानून के तहत हैं। कोई विवाद हो तो वह चेन्नई की अदालतों में सुना जाएगा।These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Chennai.
