पास एक बार का डिजिटल पास है। वह उसी फ़ोन पर आता है जिससे भुगतान हुआ; डाक से कुछ नहीं आता। ख़रीदने के बाद पास रद्द नहीं होता और पैसे वापस नहीं होते।A pass is a one-time digital pass. It arrives on the phone that paid; nothing is shipped. Once bought, a pass cannot be cancelled and is not refunded.

एक अपवाद: अगर पैसे कट गए पर पास नहीं आया, या एक ही भुगतान दो बार कट गया, तो वह रक़म 7 दिन के अंदर लौटाई जाएगी — Razorpay के ज़रिए, उसी तरीक़े में जिससे भुगतान हुआ था।One exception: if money was taken but no pass arrived, or the same payment was taken twice, that amount is refunded within 7 days — through Razorpay, to the method you paid with.
