Dubaisaathi में कोई लॉगिन या अकाउंट नहीं है। पहली बार खुलने पर फ़ोन अपने लिए एक random id बनाता है। ऐप से जो कुछ हमारे पास आता है, इसी id के साथ आता है — आपके नाम या नंबर के साथ नहीं। नाम या नंबर सिर्फ़ दो जगह आते हैं, भुगतान में और आपके संदेश में; दोनों नीचे लिखे हैं।Dubaisaathi has no login and no account. On first open the phone makes a random id for itself. What reaches us from the app comes with that id — not with your name or number. A name or number reaches us in two places only, a payment and a message you send; both are below.

खाना, जाना, जानना और बोलना में आप जो लिखते, बोलते या पढ़वाते हैं, उसका लिखा हुआ रूप हम रखते हैं, ताकि Saathi बेहतर बने।What you type, say or have read in खाना, जाना, जानना and बोलना is kept as text, to make Saathi better.

आपकी आवाज़ नहीं रखी जाती। वह इंटरनेट पर आवाज़ पहचानने वाली एक सेवा को जाती है और लिखे हुए शब्द बनकर लौटती है।Your voice is not kept. It goes over the internet to a speech-recognition service and comes back as written words.

बोर्ड की फ़ोटो नहीं रखी जाती। वह पढ़ने के लिए एक मशीन-अनुवाद सेवा को जाती है; हम सिर्फ़ उस पर पढ़ी गई अरबी और उसका हिंदी अर्थ रखते हैं।A board’s photo is not kept. It goes to a machine translation service to be read; we keep only the Arabic read from it and its Hindi meaning.

होटल का कार्ड, कमरा नंबर, होटल की पिन, आपके दस्तावेज़ और उनकी फ़ोटो सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन पर रहते हैं; हमारे पास नहीं आते। कार्ड फ़ोन पर ही पढ़ा जाता है।Your hotel’s card, room number and pin, your documents and their photos stay on your phone only; they do not reach us. The card is read on the phone itself.

एक अपवाद: कार्ड के QR में छोटा मैप-लिंक हो, तो उसे खोलने के लिए वह लिंक हमारे सर्वर को भेजा जाता है। सर्वर उसे नहीं रखता।One exception: if the QR on the card holds a short map link, that link is sent to our server to be opened. The server does not keep it.

ऐप या ब्राउज़र का डेटा मिटाने पर फ़ोन पर रखी हर चीज़ मिट जाती है — होटल और दस्तावेज़ भी — और फ़ोन नई id बनाता है।Clearing the app’s or the browser’s data deletes everything kept on the phone — the hotel and the documents too — and the phone makes a new id.

लोकेशनLocation

आपकी लोकेशन फ़ोन पर ही काम आती है: पास का स्टॉप, दूरी, और यह कि आप दुबई पहुँचे या नहीं। कोई निर्देशांक हमारे पास नहीं आता — सिर्फ़ इतना कि फ़ोन दुबई में है, भारत में या कहीं और।Your location is used on the phone itself: the nearest stop, distances, and whether you have reached Dubai. No coordinates reach us — only whether the phone is in Dubai, in India or elsewhere.

ऐप का इस्तेमालHow the app is used

कौन-सी स्क्रीन खुली, ऐप कितनी देर चला, इंटरनेट था या नहीं, और फ़ोन Android है या iPhone — ये बातें भी इसी id के साथ आती हैं। फ़िलहाल फ़ोन जिस IP पते से जुड़ता है, वह भी रखा जाता है — यह जानने के लिए कि लोग किन शहरों से आते हैं और दोबारा आते हैं या नहीं; यह किसी को भेजा नहीं जाता। लोकेशन नहीं रखी जाती। यह सब 180 दिन बाद मिटा दिया जाता है।Which screens opened, how long the app was used, whether there was internet, and whether the phone is Android or iPhone also come with the same id. For now the IP address the phone connects from is kept as well, to see which towns visitors come from and whether they come back; it is never sent to anyone. No location is kept. All of it is deleted after 180 days.

It comes with a random number made for this tab only — no cookie, no IP address, no name. It is deleted after 180 days.

भुगतानPayment

भुगतान Razorpay लेता है; आपके कार्ड या बैंक का पूरा ब्योरा हमारे पास नहीं आता। Razorpay हमें बताता है कि भुगतान किसने किया — जैसे UPI id या कार्ड के कुछ अंक। यह 30 दिन बाद मिटा दिया जाता है।Payment is taken by Razorpay; your full card or bank details never reach us. Razorpay tells us who paid — a UPI id or a few digits of a card, for example. That is deleted after 30 days.

जब आप हमें लिखते हैंWhen you write to us

ऐप में सुझाव का “सुझाव या राय” फ़ॉर्म, और वेबसाइट का संपर्क फ़ॉर्म, आपका नाम, नंबर और संदेश माँगते हैं, ताकि हम जवाब दे सकें। ये वैसे ही रखे जाते हैं जैसे आपने लिखे।The “A suggestion or a comment” form in the app’s Contribute, and the website’s contact form, ask for your name, number and message, so that we can reply. They are kept as you wrote them.

हमारे Facebook विज्ञापन का फ़ॉर्मThe form on our Facebook ad

हमारे Facebook विज्ञापन पर दबाने से Facebook का अपना एक छोटा फ़ॉर्म खुल सकता है। उसमें आप बताते हैं कि दुबई कब जा रहे हैं, और Facebook आपका नाम और मोबाइल नंबर पहले से भर देता है — भेजने से पहले आप उन्हें देख और बदल सकते हैं। भेजने पर यह हमें Facebook से मिलता है। इसका एक ही काम है: आपके सफ़र के बारे में WhatsApp पर एक संदेश, और वह भी तभी जब आपने फ़ॉर्म में इसकी हामी भरी हो। हम इस नंबर पर फ़ोन या SMS नहीं करते, इसे किसी को नहीं देते, और 90 दिन के भीतर या आपके कहने पर मिटा देते हैं। रोकना हो तो उस संदेश के जवाब में STOP लिखिए, या hello@saafarsaathi.in पर लिखिए।Tapping our Facebook ad may open a short form of Facebook’s own. In it you say when you are going to Dubai, and Facebook fills in your name and mobile number from your profile — you can see and change them before you send it. When you send it, it reaches us from Facebook. It has one use: one WhatsApp message about your trip, and only if you agreed to it on the form. We do not call or text that number, we do not give it to anyone, and we delete it within 90 days or when you ask. To stop, reply STOP to that message, or write to hello@saafarsaathi.in.
